Broker Broker offers software and network features for property brokers, including matching, collaboration, and Broker Buddy-assisted workflows on mobile and related channels. Features may vary by market, plan, or device.

The service is intended for professional use by individuals or entities engaged in property brokerage or related activities, subject to our acceptance and verification processes where applicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account except where we are at fault.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, risk to other users, or legal or regulatory requirements.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, harassing, or deceptive conduct; no attempt to scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law; no infringement of others’ intellectual property or privacy.

You remain responsible for compliance with applicable real-estate regulation, marketing rules, and confidentiality obligations in your jurisdiction.

Broker Broker and its licensors own the software, branding, and content we provide. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, match volumes, or deal completion. Matching and AI-assisted features are decision-support tools; you remain responsible for professional judgments and client advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Broker Broker and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service may be limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if the service is free), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract, these terms are intended to be interpreted in line with the laws of England and Wales, and courts there may have exclusive jurisdiction—subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they apply.

We may modify these terms or the service. We will indicate an updated “Last updated” date on this page and may provide additional notice for material changes where required.
